Account & Data Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your Lunebi account and all associated personal data (including your email, story history, and any saved voice recordings), please send an email to:
Please include:
- The subject line: Account Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your Lunebi account.
Once we receive your request, we will manually verify your account and permanently scrub all your data from our servers (Firebase, MongoDB, and AWS S3) within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
